Designed by Kāśa and handwoven by talented artisans from Mirigan Community of Kotpad, this dupatta is naturally dyed with a special natural pigment called 'Aul' found in local forests of Koraput, odisha. Aul is extracted from the root skins of noni tree. The dyeing process takes well over 30days to achieve this rich earthy red colour and only Kotpad artisans uniquely have knowledge of the technique for achieving the colour. The design sports a simple motifs and composition to suit the needs of all genders alike. 100% cotton. Dimensions: 20inches × 100inches
